- If you’re RSVP-ing for more than one person, please RSVP one guest at a time so we capture all the information needed by the venue for each guest.
- Make sure you read through all the information on this website (especially the FAQs) to make sure you’re aware of all the details related to travel, transfers, accommodation, etc.

Closest Airports
The closest airport is Florence International Airport (FLR) - 41 km, 43 min drive.
For folks flying from outside Europe, Bologna Airport (BLQ) might offer easier connections/transfers.
Warm Up & Cool Down
We're extending the fun for 3 days! Join us for a welcome dinner on June 24, and a brunch with wine tasting on June 26, and let's make it the celebration of the year!
Transfer
We kindly invite you to use Uber or the official taxi services at the airport you are landing at to reach the venue.
For groups of 5 or more, please reach out to us so we can help with booking bigger shuttle buses.
What to Wear
The dress code is smart casual OR your national dress for the welcome dinner, cocktail attire for the wedding, and casual for brunch. Here's some inspiration!
Accommodation
We have reserved the whole venue for 3 nights and promise to make it a stay to remember! Please pay for your rooms at the link at the bottom of this page.
It will cover your full board for the whole stay!
Sightseeing
We will be 40 km from Florence city center and will have multiple beautiful vineyards around us for you to visit. The Santa Maria di Fiora Cathedral is a must-see!

FAQs
This section will be regularly updated throughout the wedding planning process and as we speak to our vendors.
1. Can we bring our kids? Please note that this will be an adults-only celebration. The only little ones present will be the flowers girls (bride and groom’s nieces). We hope you will understand our decision, and take the opportunity to let your hair down and celebrate in style! 🙂
2. Can we bring a plus one? Please note that due to the limited number of rooms, the wedding invites are personalized and limited to each guest, unless expressly specified/discussed.
3. Can we book our rooms directly with the venue? The venue having put at our disposal the entirety of its estate, the rooms cannot be booked directly. Please make your payment very easily through the link above or by scanning the QR code which will take you to Wise, and we invite you to do it as soon as possible to guarantee your room. Please note that the 475EUR rate is per person, and will cover a half-board for your entire stay from June 24 to 27.
4. Can we choose our rooms? We will be working on assigning the rooms in a way that ensures families and friend groups are close to each other. We will of course be aligning with all of you before confirming to the venue the rooms each guest is assigned to to ensure that everyone has an amazing stay! 🙂
5. Where can we find the gift registry? There is no gift registry 🙂 Our biggest gift is having you celebrate our union with us and cannot wait to have you there! <3
6. What is the closest airport and how can we get to the venue? Florence International Airport (40 km, 43 min drive away) is the closest. We invite you to take an Uber or an official taxi from the airport or rent a car to reach the venue. If you’re coming with a taxi, we highly recommend making your return booking in advance as the venue is in a remote area.
7. Is there a theme that we need to respect for our outfits? The bride being of Moroccan heritage, her outfit for the welcome dinner will represent her roots. We thought it would be a nice touch to invite all guests to join in bringing a cultural touch and wear your country’s traditional attire if they wish to do so. As for the wedding day, there are no requirements to respect any color theme; come as you are! 🙂
8. Do we have to take part in the activities on the days before and after the wedding day? Absolutely not! Would you prefer to venture out and explore Tuscany and Florence, please feel free to do so 🙂
9. Will there be transport arranged from the accommodation to the ceremony location? The buildings where you will be staying are a few minutes walk away from where the ceremony and reception will be held. Transport won’t be necessary, and you can easily pop back into your room anytime during the day 🙂
10. Are the ceremony and reception indoors or outdoors? Weather permitting, all the festivities will be outdoors for us all to enjoy the beautiful Tuscan scenery. However, make sure you pack a shawl or jacket if it gets a little chilly!
11. What happens between the ceremony and the reception? It’s cocktail hour! Lawn games will be available if you’re feeling competitive, including, but not limited to, cornhole, croquet, giant crossword… That is also the time to fill out our special “guestbook” 😉
12. Will there be menu options for people with food restrictions/allergies? When you RSVP in the form above on this page, please indicate in the relevant field your food restrictions/allergies. Our caterers will be informed of them and tailor the menu accordingly.
13. If we have practical questions onsite, who can we ask? We have an amazing team of wedding planners who should be your go-to for any questions; Rachele, Veronica, and Michelle.
14. When will the pictures and footage be available? About a month and a half after the wedding, to allow our team to do the necessary edits and ensure we all look like a million dollar!
